Lectures and coursesOnce a month we invite an experienced Buddhist teacher to Newcastle to give a public lecture. We have a lecture weekend organised for the beginning of March and have invited an excellent Buddhist teacher from Poland.
Karol Sleczek has been a student of Lama Ole Nydahl since the late 1970s and played a key role in establishing Diamond Way Buddhism in his native country, Poland. Every year he is invited to teach in Diamond Way Buddhist centres all around the world and is greatly admired for the depth of his wisdom, his incisive teachings and dry sense of humour.
All are welcome to both lectures and if you are new to Buddhism there will also be a general introduction to Buddhism at the beginning of each lecture. There will also be a guided meditation and a chance to ask questions.
