The number 12 bus can be caught in Newcastle town centre outside the eldon square shopping centre or outside the Halifax bank in new bridge street.
Alight at the first stop in monkchester road. As soon as the bus begins to turn into monkchester road start getting off. On leaving the bus keep walking in the same direction. Take the first right into birds nest road and then the first left into Wilton avenue. We are situated in the cul de sac on the right.

The number 18 bus runs from Forest hall passing through Heaton, byker and then Walker.
Alight on the walker road when you see the junction of Staines road on the left. When you get off the bus walk back down the road a little and turn right into Staines road, bear to the right and then turn right onto kingston avenue. Take the first left into Wilton avenue and we are situated in the first cul de sac you come to.

The number 39 bus runs the town centre and is the quickest bus from town but there is a longer walk when you get off.
Alight at the second stop after you turn left into the welbeck road. After you get off the bus cross the road and continue in the same direction. Turn right at the lloyds pharmacy into monkchester road. Keep walking down until you reach Birds nest road (about 6 minutes) and turn right. Take the first left into Wilton avanue and the centre is in the cul de sac on the right.

By metro
The closest metro station is Byker
The 12 and 18 buses stop at the Byker metro. Just follow the instructions above.
Walking from Byker metro takes about 15 to 20 minutes. As you come out of the metro walk past the green clock onto the Shields road. Turn right and walk to the end of the Shields road. At the roundabout look for the HSS hire company and walk between HSS hire and the Fire station. Keep walking down until you reach Norbury grove. Take a left and then the second right in Wilton avenue. We are in the second cul de sac.
